About Peter and The Bees

Hi, I’m Peter, the maker behind The Wild Hive. What started as a small idea rooted in my love for bees has grown into something I’m incredibly passionate about—creating natural, sustainable homes that give bees the best chance to thrive.

I’ve always been fascinated by bees and their incredible role in our ecosystem, but I also became increasingly aware of the challenges they face in today’s world. I wanted to do something that truly put their needs first, allowing them to live as naturally as possible, just as they would in the wild. That’s why I handcraft each hive with care, designing them to be simple, sustainable, and free from unnecessary interference.

For me, this is more than just a business—it’s a way of life, one that I hope inspires my little boy to grow up with a deep respect for nature. I want him to see a world where bees are thriving, where people care about the environment, and where we take a step back to let nature do what it does best.
